Maryland Office

Stephen P. DeLosh – Project Manager

  • Mr. DeLosh has 28 years of experience in the geotechnical, environmental and geothermal drilling industries in the Washington, D.C. area.  He manages our water well pump and repair division for residential customers and specializes in drilling projects with detailed specification and complex conditions.  Mr. DeLosh holds Master Water Well licenses in Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.

Daniel Bender – Operations Manager

  • Mr. Bender has been with Connelly and Associates since 1999.  As one of the first Lead Drillers in our company, he trained and advanced many of the operators we have today.   Mr. Bender is responsible for managing the employees and distributing their duties. He decides employment requirements and trains the newly hired employees, as well as manages all field activities that are associated with production.

Lisa Connelly – Executive Office Manager

  • Mrs. Connelly has been the first point of contact in our Corporate office since 2011.  As a liaison between employees and benefits providers, she is responsible for ensuring effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations. Mrs. Connelly also provides administrative support to the HR function as well as other departments company-wide.  She is a 1996 graduate of George Mason University.

John Sottile – Lead Technician

  • Mr. Sottile is the lead contact and site supervisor for our plumbing and well service department.  He is responsible for scheduling, overseeing and coordinating the installation of all plumbing projects and ensuring all safety and efficiency standards are met in a timely manner.  Mr. Sottile joined us in 2011 and led our geothermal connection team for six years.  He has held a Master Plumber License in Maryland for 30 years.

Robert Hostetler – Project Manager

  • Mr. Hostetler facilitates all areas of our geotechnical services department. He applies operational methods on a daily basis to improve strategic teaming and strengthen client relationships. Mr. Hostetler is directly responsible for quality, preparation, scheduling, and completion of all projects; including requests for proposals, invoicing and follow-up.  He joined our team in 2016 after working three years at an engineering firm as one of our client’s representatives. He is a 2010 graduate of Bowling Green State University.

Virginia Office

Joseph Dimiceli – Branch Manager

  • Mr. Dimiceli came to our company in 2014 with 28 years of experience in the geotechnical drilling industry, as well as Human Resources and Personnel Management.  As the Branch Manager for our Virginia location, Mr. Dimiceli assigns and directs all work performed in the Virginia area and supervises all areas of operation.  With a hands-on approach, he commits to the expansion and success of the branch office by implementing strategies that increase productivity.  Mr. Dimiceli has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from James Madison University.

Jeremy Martinez – Drilling Manager

  • Mr. Martinez is the lead support for the Virginia employees and coordinates daily operations. He is responsible for crew oversight and supervision of on-site activities.   Mr. Martinez has over 17 years of drilling experience, including eight years spent in the oil and gas industry prior to coming to Connelly and Associates in 2008.
