Eileen Pineda, P.E – President

  • Since its inception, Mrs. Pineda has been the driving force behind the solid financial and organizational growth of Connelly & Associates. Her diverse background in the geotechnical and environmental industry has been the key to her success in developing a strong and loyal customer base.  Ms. Pineda holds a degree in engineering from the University of Maryland and has held a Professional Geotechnical Engineer registration in the state of Maryland for more than thirty years.

Samuel A. Connelly – Vice President of Drilling Operations

  • Mr. Connelly came to the company in 1992 and worked in field and management positions for 14 years before becoming Vice President. With more than twenty-five years of experience in geotechnical and environmental drilling, Mr. Connelly is the chief support for day-t0-day operations as well as client interaction and customer satisfaction.  He holds a Master Water Well license in Maryland.

Eamon Connelly, MBA – Vice President of Finance

  • Mr. Connelly is responsible for all financial/accounting practices and risk control strategies specific to the company.  He has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Towson University and holds a Masters in Business Administration with concentration in accounting from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland.

Emily (Connelly) Sottile – Vice President of Human Resources

  • Mrs. Sottile came to Connelly & Associates in 2005 with an extensive background in developing programs for various human development projects.  She oversees all aspects of corporate personnel including organizational development, recruitment and staffing, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.  Mrs. Sottile is a 2000 graduate of The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington.
